Job Description:
A company is looking for a Banking Operations Associate to
oversee daily risk operations for their Banking product.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on identified and suspicious
customer bank accounts
Analyze and review potentially fraudulent activity to minimize
losses
Respond promptly to optimize communication with customers,
partners, and external vendors/banks
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree required
1-3 years of banking/operations experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience working in a fintech environment preferred
Experience in an Agile environment or prior start-up experience
strongly preferred
