Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Support Representative I
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients
regarding billing inquiries
Document all interactions with clients, patients, and payors in the
company's systems
Assist with incoming inquiries and strive for one-touch resolution
for billing-related issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance
processes
Experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration
preferred
Experience in customer service, particularly in a patient-facing
role
Familiarity with insurance billing, including verification and
collections
