Job Description:
A company is looking for an Audit Coordinator I - Pre Audit
Coordinator - Outgoing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, review, and track outgoing audit letters daily using
Excel spreadsheets
Monitor and respond to provider inquiries through calls, emails,
and chat systems
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and escalate workflow or system issues
to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; prior healthcare
experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a
high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a
team
