A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Host
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lifecycle campaigns to enhance host engagement and support
throughout their hosting journey
Execute CRM initiatives, report on results, and recommend scaling
strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities
for host support
Required Qualifications
10+ years of CRM/email experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced
ecommerce company
Proven experience managing large-scale B2C email campaigns and
cross-functional projects
Strong understanding of CRM strategy and marketing technology
Results-driven with quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency
in Excel and reporting tools
Experience working with Production and Engineering teams on
technical projects
