Job Description:
A company is looking for an L2 Support Engineer responsible for
providing second-line support for integration and technical
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand integration needs and configure
client integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and complex issues that cannot be
handled by Level 1 support
Create documentation of technical support issues and manage issues
through resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
1+ years of experience in technical support or software
development
Familiarity with common programming languages and databases (e.g.,
Javascript, Python, SQL)
Knowledge of tools such as Sentry, Bugfender, AWS, GitHub, Zendesk,
and Jira is a plus
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
