Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service requests professionally and
knowledgeably
Identify coverage gaps and educate customers on risk mitigation
Document all contacts and maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications and Education
MUST have a Property and Casualty license
2 years of agency experience preferred
AMS360 experience preferred
Dependable with timely responses to work activities
