Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Offer Management to
coordinate commercial terms for sales deals and lead
cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to scope customer projects and
establish pricing
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while defining
and rolling out new processes
Manage estimation requests and facilitate communication throughout
the pre-sales process
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience
Expert knowledge of CPQ systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience in project estimation and understanding of project
management methodology
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously
