Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Manager to drive strategic
growth and manage the P&L for their category.
Key Responsibilities
Own the P&L for the category, balancing growth and
profitability
Lead supplier acquisition and engagement to maintain high standards
for quality and service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising
strategies and enhance category performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related
field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or
supply chain within relevant industries
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (e.g.,
Tableau, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to influence and manage cross-functional
relationships
Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution experience
