Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent practices

Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or
organizational development
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology, or a related field
Expertise in Global Talent processes delivered by Workday
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging data for process
improvements

practices
