Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Service Representative
(Full-Time) to manage clinical tasks related to communication with
clients, members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients,
pharmacies, and physicians
Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls
Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims
adjudication system
Required Qualifications
Education: 2-year college degree in a related field preferred
Experience: Two years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy
experience is a plus
Knowledge of claims processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
