Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operational Rightfax Expert
- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage electronic logging of documentation and notify downstream
entities regarding authorization requests
Perform data entry of authorization requests and conduct telephonic
outreach to providers for confirmation
Provide telephonic support to the Utilization Management team
regarding member and provider notifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare field with knowledge
of Medical Terminology
Ability to execute and reconcile a high volume of data entry
Administrative or clerical experience on various computer
applications
Minimum High school diploma or GED
Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks with
minimal oversight
