Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacist specializing in
Pharmacogenomics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical services including PGx consultations, educational
material development, and drug information inquiries
Oversee operational services such as PGx test kit coordination,
record keeping, and vendor integration support
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and collaborate with
healthcare providers to address medication-related problems
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and completion of a PGY1
Pharmacy Practice Residency; PGY2 in pharmacogenomics preferred
2+ years of experience in pharmacogenomics in clinical practice
preferred
Current Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensure in good standing;
Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) certification within 6 months
post-hire
Experience in geriatric care and familiarity with TRHC internal
operations or PACE is a plus
Degree must be from an accredited college/school of pharmacy in the
United States
