Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist - Part-time
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop case management plans for
participants
Oversee peer-led support services and coordinate crisis
intervention efforts
Maintain documentation and reporting on participant progress and
program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a
related field
Experience working with LGBTQ+ populations and in suicide
prevention
Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and community
resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic client management
CRMs
Compassionate and nonjudgmental attitude towards individuals
seeking mental health support
