Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adventure & Camping Customer Service
Team Member.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate outdoor travel stays and manage customer inquiries
Provide back-office support and maintain customer relationships
Handle additional operational tasks and ensure effective
communication
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack is a plus
Strong internet connection and direct ethernet cable access
required
Flexibility to work during peak seasons and manage multiple
tasks
