Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Benefits Analyst II to manage
employee benefit programs and provide customer service related to
benefits inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for escalated benefits questions and
ensure clear understanding of customer needs
Administer employee transactions and data requests for health and
welfare and retirement plans, including auditing and processing
invoices
Participate in projects for open enrollment and benefit/vendor
implementations, including system testing and communications
development
Required Qualifications
2 years of HR benefits experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Excel, including
knowledge of formulas like V Lookup and Pivot tables
Workday experience preferred
High School Diploma
