Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Coordinator who will manage
patient interactions and ensure timely delivery of medical
supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, providers, and
payers, managing needs and referrals
Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of medical supplies to
patients
Collaborate with the care team to connect patients with support and
educational resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience working with patients in a healthcare environment
Background in a DME company or related to medical supplies
Experience in a clinical setting, such as a physician's office or
hospital
Flexible schedule to meet patient needs, including availability on
Saturdays
Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, ticketing software, and insurance
billing tools
