ensure client satisfaction and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through onboarding and training processes
Provide ongoing client support and technical assistance
Monitor customer support requests and facilitate product
overviews
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience in Customer Success or Account Management preferred
Comfortable communicating with executives at various levels
Experience in a B2B Technology, Data Analytics, or SaaS company
preferred
Passionate about technology and dedicated to driving client
outcomes
