McAllen, Tx Floor: Radiology, 1 st Floor Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): -- Number of Beds - N/A -- Number of Staff - 1 Tech -- Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 IR Tech o Evening Shift - On Call o Night Shift - On Call -- Patient Ratios - N/A -- Type of equipment - GE IGS 550 -- EMR - Meditech -- PACS- McKesson Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. -- Lack of GE equipment experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. -- Experience with Y-90 procedures -- Experience with CT biopsies List typical procedures performed on unit(s): -- Arterial and Venous Angioplasty and Stenting -- Thrombolysis -- Prostate Artery Embolization -- Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty -- Percutaeneous Transhepatic Cholangiography -- Dialysis and Fistula/Graft Declotting -- Other procedures Best personality Fit: -- Self-motivated, efficient, works well with others REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: -- ARRT- R, VI (preferred) Floating Area(s): -- Flexible to assist with x-ray during down time Dress Code : -- Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter Green (reference Cherokee uniforms for color) Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. -- Weekends and On call(if any) -- On call rotating weekly and every other weekend
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
