Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Data Planner to develop and
implement a data strategy for a data-driven CRM program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a data-driven strategy to optimize CRM
campaigns
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate implementation of CRM
campaign logic
Ensure compliance with data regulations and act as a key contact
for data governance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a
related field (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in data planning
Proven experience in managing data briefs and developing actionable
insights
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (e.g., Braze,
Salesforce)
Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
