Job Description:
A company is looking for a PA Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW, or
LMFT in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients in
assigned Care Pods
Coordinate behavioral health care with primary care providers and
monitor patient symptoms
Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in
electronic health records
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Licensed to practice as an associate clinician under supervision or
as an independent clinician
Ability to complete cross-licensing in Pennsylvania if covered by
the employer
