Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support
teachers and administrators in successful implementations of their
educational products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop proficiency in products and demonstrate their value to
partners
Drive partner success by managing implementations and renewals
while identifying expansion opportunities
Design and deliver professional development sessions for teachers
to enhance implementation effectiveness
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer success and/or professional learning
experience, preferably in K-12 or ed tech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding professional goals
Preferred experience in K-12 classroom or administration
Preferred familiarity with elementary ELA and/or math content
areas
