Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to support system
implementation teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hardware, software, operating system, and database
evaluations to determine upgrade compatibility
Collaborate with project managers to support accurate order
configurations and manage project assignments
Coordinate with various teams to determine product availability and
compatibility, and identify issues related to parts availability
and system compatibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant work experience
Familiarity with hardware/software installations, client/server
relationships, and database management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and
Project
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to prioritize competing
demands
Experience with product upgrade life cycles and familiarity with
reporting tools
