Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst to
drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational excellence
within the Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize tools and technologies, including AI and automation, to
improve customer operations
Analyze data to identify process improvements and develop training
for software tool usage
Create reports and dashboards to summarize data and drive business
decisions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in
software or financial services
Proven track record of managing complex projects and product
launches
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools including Salesforce and
PowerBI
Experience with customer experience or product development
initiatives is a plus
