Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Consultant Customer
Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients for the implementation of C8
software solutions
Manage and execute C8 software implementation projects according to
client requirements
Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and provide
strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion/Textiles, or a
related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
Proven experience in customer success management or consulting with
a focus on strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer
data into strategic actions
Experience in developing and implementing customer success
frameworks and KPIs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple initiatives
