Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Seasonal (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a
Financial/Bank Services environment
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while resolving
service problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
Address customer concerns through various communication channels
and escalate issues to the Operations Supervisor as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 6 months of BPO experience
High school education completed
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Ability to handle escalated situations and disputes
Available to work Full-Time with a flexible schedule, including
evenings and weekends
