Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent based in Ohio,
Texas, Tennessee, or Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line support ensuring timely and correct solutions
with relational customer service
Diagnose and resolve software service issues while building trusted
advisor relationships with clients
Run onboarding calls and deliver high levels of customer
satisfaction by resolving issues through various support
channels
Required Qualifications
1+ years of direct experience in GoHighLevel
Experience in a customer-facing support role
Preferred experience with marketing software such as ClickFunnels
and Active Campaign
Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and Javascript is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced tech startup environment
