Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collection Support 2 to engage with
customers who have delinquent accounts and assist in restoring
their accounts to good standing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payment
solutions for delinquent accounts
Manage email communications in a shared inbox to address customer
inquiries and account issues
Utilize multiple systems and tools for skip tracing and
documentation of accounts while ensuring compliance with industry
standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related
field
At least one year of customer support experience in the
transportation industry
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and skip tracing
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company
information
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational
skills
