Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Tax Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the company's US tax compliance and prepare tax
provisions
Manage the indirect tax function and ensure compliance with
relevant regulations
Engage in strategic tax planning and M&A initiatives
Required Qualifications
Expertise in tax provisions (AC 740) and their business
implications
Experience managing US tax compliance, including income tax returns
and indirect taxes
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
effectively
Experience with public company filings such as 10k's and 10q's
Adaptability to changing tax laws and regulations
