Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering
and AI to lead a software development team focused on AI
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers and AI specialists,
fostering collaboration and innovation
Define project goals, oversee the software development lifecycle,
and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven solutions
Oversee the development of AI applications from concept to
production, collaborating with data scientists and machine learning
engineers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience in software development, with 10+ years in
a leadership role
Proven experience in AI/ML development, familiar with frameworks
like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and
Agile methodologies
Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI models at scale is
highly desirable
